I ask because I think mine has been altered the arm that goes down to the transmission Has not been touched. But I think the rod lingth has been altered if you get a chance could you measure yours hole to hole Thank you 😀
When I get a chance I’ll study all u wrote Thank you
Tom this would be a good price with free shipping. You would need to use your Bolt and charging handle and still need to get Iron sights . So while the $349 looks like a lot more it really a better deal
Example. This is a Stainless Steel 18 inch Wylde chambered 223/5.56 1 in 7 twist. with 15inch free float rail key mod. And MAGPUL flip up iron sights . Come with Bolt carrier group and charging handle. Pop two pins take your off out new one on snap pins , go shoot. This would be considered a big upgrade fro what you have http://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-1...t=5%3a00+Email
Tom , on your AR couple ways to go if you want a flat top. Really easy way and one that would require some work. You would need to decide , do you want to stay with an A2 type front sight( I recommend no) or go with a good free float rail and use flip up iron sights, plus have the flexibility to install any sight or scope you want with ease. Best way and easiest : Purchase a complete Upper from PAS with the rail you want. it is a 2 minute swap out your upper stays as is. Cost is not bad and if you are ready to buy when the deal is right you can get some great deals. Second option is to use all of your parts except the upper receiver. About hale the cost but a lot of work if you are no use to doing it . Also always a chance of damaging the A2 front sight when removing it. Down side you still have a A2 front sight and simple hand guards no rail. Another down side is once you figure out you really want a good rail on it will cost you more than it would to have done it the easy way.
I’m pretty lucky I have a couple handguns the only way I would buy the neighbors Beretta is if it was a great price. Neighbor’s been working all week downstate he’s a roofer have not heard anything about the gun lately. Let me know how I would check my upper to see if it would be compatible thank you
If you are looking for a good affordable CC 9mm let me know I will give you some ones to look into . No one weapon is right for everyone. There are some very affordable ones that do not make the latest and greats internet forums. Nothing wrong with setting a budget listing what you need it to do for you and shopping for the right one.
