    Wow. Hefty fines. Theres no real way to avoid it though, California has some of the strictest emmisions laws. Even for us bikers, if we get caught violating any of the emmissions laws, we can't renew our registration...
    and on top is a nice fine. In Southern California, they even have emissions check points like how they do DUIs.. its ridiculous out here.
