Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!

Some day I would like to have a Sportster. A wonderful piece of HD history.

I know it is not practical...but I would want a peanut tank on mine....HAW! (and the 1200 motor)

This got parts from 1998 Sporty and 01 Sporty on it. Got Frankenstein Ford truck rear axle and Paughco springer. Been working on it off and on for 4 or 5 years. Just got hold of a chrome Rocker front wheel I am adapting to the springer.
