    I would say no as you are not adding any Air Flow .. Others may chime in differently .. Welcome from North FL ..

    You probably don't need to, but won't hurt.
    I grabbed an FP3 on Amazon for $325. It allows you to re-tune the bike anytime you make a modification.

    Definitely or you will run way too lean.
    My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

    Yup, as already stated if you add pipes and hi flow air then you will need a tuner as well.
