Payton is spending 3 days with me. Works out best for her return to school and ,follow up with the doctors. She wants to ride. Today maybe her first ride in the new setup. We had a light snow last night. She woke up at 0316 this morning and informed me we were riding today. She has a wrap and protection on her so the stitches are protected. No reason she can't get a short ride in.
The PT she goes to had said she felt the pump was not as effective as it should be , she was right. Doctor said it was not working as it should. They had been upping dosage with no effect for sometime. The medication has to meter into the spine it was not all going there. We can see a big improvement already. Now over time they will adjust the dosage to best fit her needs.
With out it her muscles get stiff and she can not move them
It was the PT that gave us the information we needed to force the doctors to take a closer look at what was going on.
This winter in the house Payton will work with her Sena headset no more hand signals with me on the sidecar. She should figure it out quickly.
