    For me the day that excited us the most was paying off the farm. One deal that could not be done cash. Both houses and farm were all in one deal . Wife had been planning a bit of a surprise for some time . She paid it off 2 years early by making extra payments along the way.
    For darn sure there will be no new bike this year. The cash saved for the next bike is being spent on the new sidecar. The 2107 M8 stays awhile. Life long plan worked before retirement , sticking with the plan.
