    Cool Inside the Primary

A frew might find it interesting others may not even bother looking but it's all good .. Figure Now and then need to throw something in this Indian Section and since I did the Stage 1 it would be pretty boring except showing pictures of Rides I been on which we already have a section for .. So anyway this is a 116" Big Bore Upgrade with Lloydz 585 Cams about the most going to get with an Thunderstroke 111" Engine and keep the Reliability Factor, Although Lloydz does offer a 121" if got the $$ which also includes a serious upgrade of the Main Bearing and Rods which is around $1,000 alone just to do that .. Back on Point with 50,000 Miles on it the OEM Clutch has started to slip a bit and the Owner decided to go with a Barnett Racing Clutch rather than just try stronger springs .. Basically just created this Post to show the inside of a Geared Primary which I think is an improvement over Chain .. Only think I have questions about is the Space Age Plastic Oil Pump Drive but never heard of one failing and know of several Indians know that have gone 100,000 Miles without no major problems .. If click the Pictures will get a Bigger View of them ..

Well I certainly think gear to gear is a much better idea than the chain in most circumstances I think it will be a big plus here. For longevity
Thatís interesting so thatís the gear , plastic ,one that drives the oil pump I did not know that
May I be "the least in the household of God."...

Was Victory that sold me on a Gear Drive Primary .. Checked it at 75,000 Miles and the internals Clutch , Compensator and all still looked like New ..

Looks like a good set up. Is there any noticeable whine from the gears?
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
