Always hoped Buell would make it, still in His conner, even if that style bike is not for me.

The style may not be my cuppa tea either for everyday, but that's just a matter of taste....there's no denying that's a well-built, high quality ride for sure! Wish I had one as a little town run-about! It looks like a BLAST to ride!

It really is quite a comfy bike to ride, I have done 700 mile days, and you can run 250 miles easy on a tank of fuel.

I'm walking with Sophie tonight, She lives in the air that I breathe;
I can't get it out of my mind, How you were left to bleed...
Was it how you dressed?
Or how you act?
I can't believe, How they could act so violently,
Without regret, , Well, we will not forget...
We are the others, We are the cast outs,
We're the outsiders, But you can't hide us,
We are the others, We are the cast outs
You're no longer on your own, If you feel mistreated, Torn and cheated,
You're not alone, We are the others

The boy has a 1125R Buell... I road it a couple times, very nice "sport" motorcycle... Can't hardly keep the frontend down if you twist the throttle too hard
but she's handles great... I just can't get comfortable on them but it's fun to ride for short distances
... I can't say for certain but I think that was Buell's downfall going to the Rotec motor for his bikes instead of the sporty motors... I hope he comes back, I know he's making some bikes just for racing right now so I guess we'll just have to see what the future holds...

The reason that I bought the Buell was the Harley motor, and like you Tbones I think the Rotec was a mistake. The Rotec is an excellent engine and dependable, but why is Harley getting engines from other companies. Why does Harley have to go to Porsche to have an engine designed. I guess I do really know the answer. Why do car companies go to motorcycle companies for an engine and why do motorcycle companies go to a car company for a motor

I don't think I could get my fat belly down far enough on the tank to ride one of those.
